| An outpost of a Dallas favorite, this top chop shop puts all other Tarrant steakhouses on notice. Cool, dark and sleek, this eatery caters to a busy conference crowd, as well as to local couples who want a nice evening out over Prime steaks, seafood and well-chilled martinis. Bob’s specialty is the côte de boeuf, a 20-ounce bone-in rib-eye, a giant specimen with nice marbling, but the lovely rack of lamb holds silken pleasures, as well. Shrimp rémoulade is the starter of choice, while skillet potatoes and sautéed spinach and mushrooms make nice accompaniments, as does the signature caramelized carrot served with all steaks. |
