The Boiler House, located on the northeast side of the historic Distillery District, occupies a lofted two-story space and features an industrial feel and timber tables. The contemporary Canadian menu may feature pistachio-crusted Clare Island salmon with sherry brown butter, warm octopus, chorizo and beluga lentil salad, or grilled Ontario veal with black truffle pappardelle, pan-seared foie gras and basil butter. For dessert, go for the Earl Grey tea-infused crème brûlée with orange and cilantro shortbread cookies.
