Bright with a blazing white color palette, this large establishment is arranged to allow a variety of dining options, ranging from off-the-menu ordering to an ample, attractive buffet. Chef/owner Sunny Minhas turns out such classics as chicken tikka masala, curried goat and chicken korma --- we recommend the latter, although the chicken tikka masala also is very good. But in addition, Minhas offers innovative fare like lamb chops marinated in exotic spices and salmon or shrimp tandoori. Get the naan; it can come in a variety of flavors, with garlic/onion being singularly appealing. To go with drinks, a bar menu presents a variety of shareable nibbles, among them pockets of stuffed dough resting on a bed of seasoned chickpeas. Vegetable dishes include a tasty eggplant mashed with other ingredients, but vegetarians will have much to say "grace" over. The kitchen can customize heat levels, and your waiter will ask how hot or not you want your food. For dessert, get anything made with mango. Cocktails are crafted from liquors infused with spices, and beer and wine are available. The 40-seat covered patio allows access to Bombay Brasserie’s hookah selection.
