On The Border Restaurant Review: On The Border is a lively grill-cantina offering enchiladas, fajitas, burritos and chimichangas and their sloppy sides of black beans, melted cheese and rice. Nothing stands out here except the Guacamole Live! made tableside---it is lush as only fresh-made guacamole can be and is a good foil for the salty corn chips fresh out of the fryer that accompany it. Don’t even try to resist the chocolate turtle enchiladas---flaky pastries filled with chocolate, caramel and pecans, rolled in cinnamon-sugar. They’re served warm with a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream.
