THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Boscos Restaurant Review:
Boscos entertains a clientele from nearby Vanderbilt University, but it also draws beer fans from around Middle Tennessee for its ever-changing roster of interesting brews. At 5:30 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays, a fresh cask of “real ale” is tapped; it’s always a festive occasion. On the menu, there are hearth-baked pizzas, filling salads, a cedar-planked filet of salmon and butterflied chicken roasted with herbs. Pasta dishes and sandwiches round out the menu. Dessert specials are available daily, including a bread pudding and a sorbet of the day, plus a chef’s offering. Keep an eye peeled for the schedule of brewmasters’ dinners, featuring hand-crafted beers and over-the-top menus.
