Open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Bouchon Bakery is the brainchild of the famed Thomas Keller renowned for his French Laundry in Napa Valley. Located in the foyer of The Venetian’s theater housing “Phantom, the Las Vegas Spectacular,” its main purpose is to provide fancy quick bites---and drinks---to show-goers. Assorted muffins and croissants, almond brioches and pecan sticky buns start the day, accompanied by Bouchon-blend coffees, caramel and chocolate lattes, and yogurt parfaits. Head baker Chris Herrin also turns out TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo) cookies and blueberry-lime, strawberry-rhubarb and chocolate-cherry tarts. Vegetable jardinière and roast beef sandwiches on ciabatta rolls, ham and cheese baguettes and focaccia du jour round out the cuisine.
