There are more than 40 wines by the glass and 500 bottles on the list, and a wine catalog offers rare wines to collectors. Food-wise, meat is the specialty: beer can chicken, juicy and flavorful; pulled pork; brisket; ribs; and a barbecue platter with a sampling of ribs, pulled pork, briskets and coleslaw. Choose your own sauce, from sweet to smoky, to complement the meats. Sides include salads, cornbread and house-made pickles. Cheeseburger Wednesdays feature a flight of Napa Valley red wines paired with Kobe beef burgers with Cabot cheddar on fresh-baked buns.
