BRABO by Robert Wiedmaier Restaurant Review: Under the watchful eye of its owner-executive chef, BRABO lands in the spotlights for its three-part, all-food business: the restaurant BRABO by Robert Wiedmaier; the casual The Tasting Room for lighter fare; and the butcher shop, called The Butcher’s Block by RW. For eat-it-all feasting, this makes an unbeatable combination. The star in this trio, of course, is BRABO, where Wiedmaier and his chef de cuisine fuse Wiedmaier’s Belgian roots with casual American dining. You will find everything from braised lamb loin to grilled Atlantic swordfish. Dessert standouts are the lemon tres leches cake and the peanut butter miso cake.
