Faux leather in shades of brown and tan grace Brand's ceiling, and dark wood tables contribute towards an earth-toned theme. Although the space is open to the live action in the casino, tables further back allow for a quieter ambience. Begin with the crispy calamari with zucchini, pepperoncini and two dipping sauces. The house salad is a composition of shrimp, green beans, bacon, heirloom tomatoes and red wine vinegar, a varied and flavorful mix of color and texture. Wet-aged steaks are the big winners, and may be paired with bourbon glaze, herbed goat cheese or glazed mushrooms. For a non-meat option, the halibut is served with rock shrimp, lemon risotto and lobster broth. A well-rounded wine list is matched with a beer selection that includes distinctive choices of Duvel, Chimay Blue and Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA.
