| Though this restaurant has undergone many changes during its lengthy tenure on the Hoboken dining scene, it has retained the same name and basic culinary focus. You'll find a contemporary spin on the classic American and Continental fare. The menu changes seasonally, but the specialty of the house is ginger-steamed salmon over baby bok choy and rice. The chef tops it with rock shrimp and pineapple tapenade. If you're looking for something to nibble on before the meal comes, try the crispy, chewy fried calamari. |
