| Brazos Restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Houston – Downtown has a typical clubby steakhouse feel but it draws a lot of downtown workers for the plentiful buffets at breakfast and lunch. Some busy folks opt for a to-go lunch, like the big Angus burger and sweet potato fries, to take back to the office. Brazos also makes a nice spot for happy hour, with bar specials like fajita nachos, but the dinner fare is pretty standard: steaks, seafood and pasta. If you’re dining after seeing a show in the Theatre District, present your ticket stubs and get free valet parking and a free appetizer when ordering two entrées. |
