The flavors often feature tropical fruits and other popular local ingredients. Bubbies has been making mochi ice cream for a very long time---we suggest the azuki bean enrobed in a naturally pink mochi while less adventurous folks will find many choices including a strawberry dark chocolate chip with a similar wrap of pink mochi. |
