Enter the restaurant to hear classic tunes and spot old-timey images on the walls of glamorous Italians. It’s a loud, frenetic place, a chain concept offering “immigrant Southern Italian cooking, served family-style,” with some items available in single portions. Large portions serve as many as five diners; small portions generously supply two to three. The food is utterly unremarkable --- eggplant Parmigiana and veal Parmesan are just a couple selections. The best way to experience Buca di Beppo is to go with a group to share a festive experience, and be sure to order homemade tiramisu for dessert. The routine wine list sports Buca's own label Chianti.
