| At this little burger and barbecue joint, big, juicy burgers are grilled to order over a mesquite-fired grill. You’re welcome to load them up with your own toppings at the self-serve condiment bar that offers everything from big cherry peppers and jalapeños to a refreshing Texas-style parsley-infused chimichurri sauce. The tangy barbecue brisket sandwich comes off the wood-fired grill as well and the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender. Beer-battered onion rings have crisp crusts swathing tangy spheres of crunchy onions. Top off your meal with a bucket of beers on ice to complete a satisfying burger experience. Counter service is cheery and efficient---just don't hold up the line trying to figure out what you want to order. |
