A tandoor oven, which the resort claims is the only one in a Las Vegas buffet, turns out garlic naan and other specialties. Guests dining in a group can ask chefs to create a platter of their favorite dish for four to 14 people. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings feature a gourmet dinner buffet with lobster tail. For an additional $7.99, bottomless Bellinis, Bloody Marys, mimosas and sparkling wine can be added during breakfast, lunch or brunch, while unlimited beer and wine, for $12.99, can complement dinner.
