About the restaurant: Perched on a rise overlooking a small lake in Sterling, this immense restaurant/sports bar/family spot can seat up to 800 people and offers menus to fit every palate, occasion and lifestyle. What makes it so unique is not only its rustic style that reassembles a very large bungalow, but also the numerous dining rooms that include both casual and formal areas, a bar, a lounge, a games room and an outdoor space overlooking the water.

Food & Drinks: Where to sit is one puzzle, but what to eat could well be the next one. Settle down for a lunch or dinner feast. Starters range from quesadillas and chicken wraps to Texas chili nachos and the signature wings. The kitchen also turns out daily soups, plus the classic French onion soup topped with a scoop of melted cheese. For heartier entrée fare, look for several styles of pizzas, hefty sandwiches (try the torta Cubana with roasted pork and sliced Virginia ham), salads, and grilled filet mignon and Chesapeake crab cakes. Desserts may change with the day, but among them have been a Ghirardelli brownie sundae and Key lime pie. Check out the beer, wine and cocktails, and ask the staff if there is a special.
