This storefront restaurant in a large shopping area in very suburban Ashburn offers a limited menu, minus a range of Thai curries or offbeat dishes. Nonetheless, its yuppie crowd feels comfortable with the spate of non-threatening pseudo-Thai entrées and appetizers, ranging from fried tofu or Thai dumplings to about two dozen noodle dishes in the form of big bowls and plates. While many of these are fanciful, such as the odd Piggy Noodles and the Macaroni Kaprow, some zero in on traditional names, if not traditional tastes.
