| The Butcher Shop provides a pit barbecue supplied with hickory briquettes for customers who’d prefer to grill their own steaks. Patrons who are not comfortable with grilling may have their steaks prepared in the restaurant’s kitchen. Diners choose between filets (with or without Gorgonzola and portobello stuffing), T-bone steaks and rib-eyes. Non-beef options, such as grilled chicken and Atlantic salmon, are available as well. Portions can be gargantuan, so come hungry. Save room for homemade strawberry cake. Wine selections tend toward popular mainstream brands, most from Napa, with only a handful of wines offered by the glass. |
