Cabin Club Restaurant Review: With its casual yet upscale atmosphere, fresh seafood, daily specials and notable wine list, the Cabin Club offers something for just about everyone. The menu is classic steakhouse and includes starters like artichoke au gratin, blackened scallops and beef carpaccio. Cabin Club’s dry-aged choice steaks include a slow-braised beef short rib, a boneless cut served with buttermilk blue cheese roasted potatoes and tarragon green beans. Signature steaks include a center-cut filet, strip and rib-eye. Fish, chicken, pork and pasta dishes include the maple-glazed pork chops, a broiled French-cut chop topped with apple chutney and served with sweet potato fries and green beans. The wine list focuses on big-bodied reds as well as crisp whites. Desserts change frequently and are worth the calories.
