Cabin Club Restaurant Review: With its casual yet upscale atmosphere, fresh seafood, daily specials and a notable wine list, the Cabin Club offers something for just about everyone. The menu is classic steakhouse and includes starters like lobster hush puppies with spicy tartar sauce, raspberry barbecue shrimp and Buffalo spring rolls. Cabin Club’s dry-aged choice steaks include a center-cut filet, a nine-ounce strip, a 22-ounce T-Bone and Delmonico. Other dishes include the cedar-planked salmon, served with a truffled cauliflower purée, Cajun chicken ziti and Champagne surf ‘n’ turf. The aforementioned wine list focuses on big-bodied reds as well as crisp whites.
