The waffles are served with real maple syrup and tempeh bacon accompanies eggs at breakfast, while the lunch menu features sandwiches---grilled tofu, pastrami, hummus and falafel among them---hearty salads made with organic island greens and fresh fish tacos topped with Kaneakua’s tangy salsa.
