Cafe Bink Restaurant Review

: The chef-owner of Binkley’s in Cave Creek, Kevin Binkley, has done it again, unleashing a more casual sibling featuring a less complicated and more affordable menu. It’s a small space (just 33 seats) and a small bill of fare (a dozen or so dishes), but oh, the impact. Highlights include hanger steak; trout meunière; pâté decorated with pickled onions, mustard and crumbled pistachios; and corned beef with brown sugar mustard butter and cabbage. French fries are particularly noteworthy, twice-seasoned and twice-fried and served with truffle ketchup, aïoli and sauce vert.
