THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Cafe Bink Restaurant Review:
The chef-owner of fine dining Binkley’s, Kevin Binkley, showcases his skills with the more casual sibling featuring a less complicated and more affordable menu. It’s a small space (just 33 seats) and a small bill of fare (a dozen or so dishes), but oh, the impact. Highlights include Arizona grass-fed filet mignon, trout meunière, pork mac ‘n’ cheese and Bolognese pasta. French fries are particularly noteworthy, twice-seasoned and twice-fried and served with truffle ketchup, aïoli and sauce vert.
