Cafe Fina Restaurant Review: A popular dining spot on Fisherman's Wharf, Café Fina is owned by the Mercurios, a third-generation Italian American family. They grow much of their own produce, make their own pastas that are accented with fresh herb sauces, and bake authentic Italian pizzas in a wood-burning brick oven. The signature dish is the pasta Fina: baby shrimp, black olives, Roma tomatoes and green onions in a butter-clam sauce over linguine. Fresh seafood dishes run the gamut from grilled sand dabs to fresh crab. Seasonal specials include deep-fried padron peppers and fried anchovies. Gluten-free options are available and the patio is pet-friendly. |
