| Café Italia is a cozy neighborhood favorite serving up southern Italian soul food. Here you'll find straightforward classics like fettuccine carbonara along with some Texas-infused concoctions like Pasta Sofia topped with pablano peppers and a jalapeño-cilantro sauce. The place was an instant hit with the Park Cities crowd, so much so that the chef designed a Park Cities Caesar made with Grey Poupon mustard, a nod to the Rolls Royce crowd that keeps the place jamming. |
