Cafe Maspero Restaurant Review

: Be prepared to wait in a perpetual, never-ending line of people that queues up outside Café Maspero. They come despite the mediocre experience awaiting them inside. Pastrami and corned beef sandwiches are on the greasy side. Better fried-seafood platters can be found all over town. The half-pound hamburgers are long on heft and short on flavor. Try to get everything you need from your server at the first encounter, because chances are he or she may not be back for a long time. Dessert is limited to a lackluster banana bread pudding, and the wine list is ordinary. Nothing much ever changes at Café Maspero, except the largely tourist-based clientele.
