Cafe Modern Restaurant Review: Café Modern’s food is easily as artful as its surroundings. Competing with the creations of Jackson Pollock and Andy Warhol just a few rooms away are the offerings designed and plated by chef Denise Shavandy. Menu highlights include a starter of smoked bone marrow custard and main dishes like the braised beef cheek and crispy striped bass.
