Inside the multilevel dining room, though, the focus is on both an eye-catching mobile suspended from the 26-foot-high ceiling amid warm California beach colors and the food, of course. The menu, surprisingly, is not all about California. Try the grilled seafood tower, a picturesque mélange of dolphin fish, salmon, tuna and vegetables, or cruise in for cocktails and a Spago-style specialty pizza. Choose a bottle from a wine list that spotlights a fine variety of interesting California vineyards.
