CPK’s crispy thin pizzas with playful toppings---of course cheese and tomatoes, but also tandoori chicken, BLT (yes with mayo) and wild mushroom---keep us coming back for more. We admit to favorites: roasted garlic chicken pizza with a garlic-shallot butter and the BBQ chicken pizza. You can also create your own. Should you not want pizza (how could that be?), try the pastas, such as the Thai linguine with spicy peanut-ginger sauce. Salads are large (the chopped salad with crispy onions on top is another favorite) and come in half or full portions. Plenty of bread can be had; soups are on the menu and sandwiches are made with hearth-baked focaccia. A nice selection of sweets rounds out the offerings.
