| It’s easy to find something interesting to eat at CPK. The list of two dozen crispy-thin pizzas includes all the standards, but there are also inventive versions like roasted artichoke and spinach, carne asada, cheeseburger (lettuce included) and pear and Gorgonzola. Our favorites are the five-cheese and fresh tomato, and the wild mushroom. You can also design your own. If you can tear yourself away from the pies---we almost never can---try one of the salads; we recommend the miso shrimp salad. Diners will also find baby clam linguine and Korean barbecue steak tacos. Soups, appetizers, sandwiches made with good hearth-baked focaccia and filling desserts round out the menu. |
