| CPK’s list of 30 pizzas includes all the standards, but there are also inventive versions like pear and Gorgonzola, vegetarian Japanese eggplant and a Mediterranean-style pie topped with Greek salad. Our favorites are the Sicilian with salami, sausage and capicola ham, and the barbecued chicken, the most popular of the pizzas. You can also design your own. If you can tear yourself away from the pies---we almost never can---try the small bites menu with options like Korean beef tacos and white corn guacamole with chips. Salad options include the Thai Crunch and miso salad. Salad portions are large, so keep in mind that you can get a half-order. Soups, appetizers, sandwiches made with good hearth-baked focaccia and filling desserts round out the menu. |
