Caper’s has a very open feel and looks out onto the Orange Tree Golf course. The chef is from the South so offers some Southern specialties. Using organic and locally grown veggies, the heirloom tomato salad with buffalo mozzarella and spinach is a particularly popular salad. A Maine lobster roll is also served here. Overall, a nice menu---people really come to Caper’s at The Orange Tree Resort to simply relax and mostly play golf. Sit inside or out on the green.
