 The Capital Grille Restaurant Review: Enjoy dry-aged steaks, chops, seafood and a 400-label wine list in this luxurious steakhouse, located in the Inner Harbor. Menu items include seared tenderloin with butter-poached lobster, a porcini-rubbed Delmonico steak, cedar-planked salmon with tomato-fennel relish, and double-cut lamb chops. House-made ice cream with freshly baked double-chocolate cookies is available for dessert.
