The Capital Grille Restaurant Review

: Whether they prefer the dark, swanky dining room or the sun-washed outdoor patio, high-rollers will enjoy dry-aged beef, chops, seafood and a 400-label wine list in this luxurious Inner Harbor steakhouse. Menu items include Gorgonzola-and-truffle-crusted dry-aged sirloin with Cabernet reduction, dry-aged steak au poivre with Courvoisier cream, seared citrus-glazed salmon, and double-cut lamb chops. House-made ice cream with freshly baked double-chocolate cookies is available for dessert. Although the restaurant is part of a chain, portraits of Maryland notables give the dining room a local flavor.
