| CapMac is a funky, colorful truck serving up fresh and wacky pastas, salads and more. Attracting everyone from the college crowd at GWU, sports fans at the Verizon Center and busy professionals craving some cheesy goodness downtown, the bright orange truck roams the Capitol dishing out warm, gooey mac ‘n’ cheese. The most popular item, CapMac’n Cheese, blends pasta with cheddar and pimento cheeses, and tops it with crumbled Cheez-It, adding just the right crunch. No cheese is spared in the heartier Italian dishes like chicken Parm meatballs and beef Bolognese. Those looking for a sweet treat can nibble on seasonal desserts like risotto rice pudding with caramelized bananas and Nutella cream. |
