Capriccio Grill Italian Steakhouse Restaurant Review: The Peabody is one of Memphis’ oldest and grandest hotels, so it’s no surprise that the in-house dining choices are elegant. Known for its flash-seared steaks and chops, Capriccio Grill Italian Steakhouse also offers a variety of pasta dishes, such as spaghetti Bolognese and pappardelle with chickpeas, pancetta and mustard greens. Sea salt baked potatoes and creamed spinach are among steakhouse favorite sides. For dessert, try one of the Peabody’s signature chocolate milkshakes or the Jack Daniel’s-soaked golden raisin bread pudding. The wine list is decent, with selections that lean more toward labels from California, although a few from Italy and Australia are included.
