Captain Bill's Restaurant Review: This family-friendly steakhouse offers all the usual suspects---flatiron, tenderloin, sirloin and New York strip. Seafood specialties range from mahi mahi that’s grilled and smothered in mango-pineapple barbecue sauce to a Gulf red snapper filet that’s dusted in Cajun seasonings, blackened and finished with mango-habanero glaze. Many of the dishes incorporate Wisconsin cheeses (such as mozzarella in the ravioli or Parmesan atop pesto chicken linguine), and there is even a sauté of seasonal vegetables procured from local farms, which ought to keep vegetarians happy. In the summer months, Captain Bill’s deck is the place to enjoy the sun or a cool breeze while dining. |
