The late piano superstar Liberace founded this restaurant (that's his mirrored piano prominently displayed in the middle of the banquet room) and its location in the Liberace Plaza puts it on the map of many a tourist bus. The family-style Italian food is served in generous portions, starting with appetizers such as shrimp scampi, crab-stuffed shrimp and zuppa de clams. Homemade minestrone or salad precedes entrées. The hot or mild seafood Diablo over linguine and the filet mignon pizzaiola with mushrooms, garlic, onions and meat sauce are among the best offerings. House specialties include chicken Florentine, linguine with red or white clam sauce and thick, Sicilian-style pizzas. Don't miss the steak pizzaiola made with tender filet mignon. A kids’ menu, a nice wine list and specialty drinks, and desserts such as tiramisu, chocolate mousse and a Parisienne truffle---chocolate ice cream with a raspberry sorbet swirl dipped in dark chocolate---plus a pianist on Wednesdays enhance the dining experience.
