Carmen Anthony Fishhouse Restaurant Review: The flagship in a well-respected chain of local fish houses offers a broad range of seafood, from raw bar to lobster tails. Most preparations are simple, to showcase the fresh fish flavors---we’re partial to the fire-grilled sesame tuna with an Asian slaw---but a handful of dishes suffer from fussiness. Steak here is topnotch too, especially the certified Angus rib-eye and filet mignon---both generous cuts of meat. Desserts are largely hit-or-miss, but who comes to a seafood restaurant for dessert?
