John Mims has departed this Cajun-Southern eatery. The cuisine can be inconsistent, but we recommend the crab-filled gumbo shrimp etouffée with a side of jambalaya. Not all of the menu items are N’awlins-style; the ponzu-glazed salmon and crawfish spring rolls introduce Asian flavors to the plate.
