Casa Manana Restaurant Review: What a kick---a tiny Mexican/Salvadoran restaurant in a hard-to-find courtyard. In terms of cuisine, Casa Manana can compete with the best Mexican eateries in San Francisco's Mission District. The menu lists all the standard dishes---tacos, burritos, enchiladas---but the bold flavors, high-quality ingredients and careful preparation distinguish them. The chiles rellenos are light and flavorful as are the Salvadoran tamale and pupusas. Don’t miss the chicken mole. Good flan, too. |
