THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Casa Miguel Restaurant Review

: Casa Miguel offers many south-of-the-border standards including steak enchiladas and beef and bean burritos as well as dishes that tweak the conventional, like roast pork fajitas, swordfish escabeche, and spice-rubbed rib-eye with chipotle butter. There’s also a spicy chicken stuffed with roasted peppers and seafood entrées such as grilled sea scallops in a red chile sauce, and a fiery swordfish cumino. In the end, though, classics like arroz con pollo and homemade salsa with chunky guacamole reign supreme among those looking for a familiar Mexican culinary experience. Wash it all down with one of the fruity margaritas. Desserts hold true to Mexican flavors, too, with creamy flan and tres leches cake. Attentive service from the experienced staff distracts from the lackluster décor.
