Casina Valadier, located on the highest point of the Pincian Hill, offers a distinctive ambience and atmosphere. Guests can enjoy sweeping views of Rome from the terrace, or inside marvel at the frescos and hand-painted ceiling. At Vista by Casina Valadier, the menu proposes dishes such as beef tartare with sorrel and hazelnuts; tagliolini with Castelmagno cheese, beans and Sichuan pepper; roasted suckling pig; and amberjack with courgette cream. For dessert, consider puff pastry with ricotta mousse and orange honey ice cream. Also available are five-course, seven-course, vegetarian and business lunch menus (the latter Tuesday through Friday only).
