The Cellar Bistro Restaurant Review: These days, most every neighborhood has a wine bar to call its own, and Wheaton is no exception. This comfortable corner storefront with Bordeaux-colored and exposed brick walls, and a wine list that’s heavy on biodynamic, organically grown selections, also serves cheese platters and small, sharable plates. We are indifferent to the crab cakes drizzled with lemon oil but find them light on filler and affordable given the portion. Mushroom-Brie soup, however, is an enjoyable meal all on its own. The dinner menu expands to include Parmesan-crusted Arctic char and bison rib-eye. A gluten-free menu is available. Live music takes place on Sunday and Monday starting at 6 p.m.
