 Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant Restaurant Review: Located on an historic corner of St. Petersburg, Ceviche offers a taste of Spain, and even Ybor City, while staying on the sunny side of Tampa Bay. The emphasis is on choice---more than 40 different tastes, hot and cold, created from longstanding Spanish recipes utilizing sherry, almonds, tomatoes, garlic, olives, Spanish ham, cheeses, mussels, sea bass, pork, quail and more. Try the marinated and grilled vegetables, simmered slowly, and served over saffron rice. Or a seafood tapa such as vieiras rellenas, grilled sea scallops with leeks, fresh herbs and cheese. There are a limited number of entrées available as well. Flamenco music completes the Spanish ambience. |
