 Chart House has been a classic Newport Beach restaurant for several decades, serving up killer Newport Harbor sunset views along with a menu of fresh seafood. Located along a rather uninviting strip of Pacific Coast Highway called Mariner’s Mile, the restaurant is a reasonable Newport spot. If you love chowder, don't miss the Chart House's New England-style version, which is loaded with clams. The menu serves up classic seafood fare such as a shrimp cocktail, ahi, calamari, coconut shrimp, steamed mussels, shrimp scampi and several fresh fish dishes with accompanying sauce, rice and vegetable. There’s also a small steak menu to satisfy that surf ‘n’ turf craving.
