Chef Chu's Restaurant Review: Dishes such as the moo shu pork with unusually tasty pancakes and the dry-braised seafood are excellent at this popular and long-standing restaurant. Mandarin specialties satisfy, but adventurous diners should opt for less common items such as braised basil chicken wings served in a clay pot. For a special dinner, order the Peking duck a day in advance. Wrapped in tender pancakes slathered with hoisin sauce, it's worth the cost. |
