We feel certain that this new pizzeria in youthful Pacific Beach was designed as the prototype of a chain. That’s fine with us, since the light, flavorful dough and high-quality toppings are just the ticket when we want something quick, tasty and cheap. PB party types like the fact that this place keeps the ovens stoked until 2:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Pizza possibilities include the Meathead, loaded with sausage, pepperoni and meatballs, and its antithesis, the Meat Hater, starring a galaxy of vegetables. We’re not brave enough to attempt the Something’s Fishy, which pairs anchovies and pepperoni, but we’re told it has its fans.
