Chez Pierre Restaurant Review: A British pub in the heart of Pau whose cuisine doesn't bear much resemblance to that of the country across the Channel. This is a meeting place for businesspeople and others where regional products are prepared with taste and talent by Raymond Casau: red-mullet fillet with a vegetable tartare, Béarn-style cassoulet with corn beans, and good desserts. The cellar offers some fine Bordeaux. Friendly welcome and service.
