Chicken Latino Restaurant Review: The décor is storefront with touches of tourist kitsch. Peru-born owner Shelbin Santos and her assorted friends and relatives welcome diners warmly and serve Peruvian rotisserie chicken (a whole one, with two sides, for $17.50). Find fried yucca, potatoes and plantain, as well as black beans and coleslaw. All is made in house. The menu offers Mexican items --- quesadillas, burritos --- plus hamburgers, cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. On weekends, options expand with specials, such as ceviche or slow-roasted pork. On Wednesdays there's barbacoa beef. Eat in, take out or order catering with delivery. It’s BYOB. Desserts --- tres leches cake, flan or rice pudding --- colas and juices are authentically cloying.
