China Bistro/Dumpling House Restaurant Review:

Dumplings, dumplings and even more dumplings are the stock and trade of this very casual eat-in/carry-out restaurant. What's more, the dumplings are made fresh and to order, so they come to you steaming right from the cook pot. Mama's Special Dumplings are filled with ground pork, chopped shrimp and vegetables and served with a vinegary dipping sauce. Most are meat-and-veggie filled, but vegetarians aren't forgotten: the tofu-mushroom combo is served with a thick chili paste that will light your mouth on fire. Other good options include General Tso's meatballs, though these are rather sweet; and Mama's Special Chicken, pieces of battered and deep-fried chicken meat served with a sweet-sour Szechuan sauce.
