China Garden Restaurant Review: Perhaps best known for its all-out, highly charged dim sum meals on Sunday, the restaurant is equally known for lunch and dinner during the week, when Cantonese-style cooking reigns. Check out the seafood dishes. Fresh crabs and lobster Cantonese-style are particular favorites, but you won't go wrong with any of the dishes, especially the chef's recommendations. We recommend the stuffed bean curd, deep-fried then braised in crab sauce and served on seasonal greens. If you plan for a Sunday dim sum splurge, better arrive early; shortly after noontime the place gets packed.
