Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurant Review: Why are these burrito and taco havens popping up all over the Denver area? They offer one of the best value-driven menus in the state. By far the biggest draws in these sparkling contemporary-decorated outlets are the burritos, swelled with top-of-the-line ingredients, many of which are organic. Chipotle hustles steamed flour tortillas stuffed with everything from adobo-marinated and grilled chicken and steak to barbacoa, a shredded Mexican barbecue. Go veggie with black beans and meat-free options. These toothsome treats are then graced with the house lime-and-cilantro rice, your choice of several salsas ranging from mild to raging, and sour cream, guacamole and other delights. The final product is a tasty two-fisted wonder that can cover both lunch and dinner. Chipotle also serves salads, tacos --- crispy or soft --- and naked burrito bowls, sans the tortilla. Wash it all back with a tangy margarita or a Mexican beer. |
